I'm Danielle, I'm a second semester junior right now and I am studying Communication. This class seems like it will be very time consuming however I think it will be cool to learn how to use Illustrator and Photoshop. I could see this class helping me out in the future because I would like to work for a Magazine company and help design the layouts. Also I've always wanted to own my own business so I think it would be really nice if I knew how to create my own logo.
The rotoscope project was the most time consuming project we had all semester. As I was doing the project, I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over but once I finished it and watched it. I was surprised to see how well it came out. It actually looked like the people were moving flawlessly, it didn't look super chunky. If I ever do something like this again, I will be more prepared and try to get at least 20 slides done a day so that I don't have to rush at the end. All in all, I think my project took a lot of work but the outcome was really nice.
I chose to use the breast cancer awareness ribbon with a money bag as my propaganda poster because this ribbon stands for something that does not raise awareness for breast cancer, the Susan G. Komen foundation is just a business that makes tons of money and even endorses certain products that have been known to cause cancer. I wanted to use this so that people would look at this wonder why I am not in favor of this ribbon and do research on it.
